You will need to read, understand and submit a Member Consent Agreement. Then you will be emailed a New Member Packet, Participant-Release Agreement and a Group Consent Agreement. Reading and understanding all forms are priority. All documents are required to be completed and turned in prior to club arrival and events. (Group consent agreement will need to be filled out for each event)
